Ingredients  

  • 3 cups fruit
  • ¼ cup liquid (juice, tea, or water)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Place ingredients in blender. Add more liquid if needed – enough to help the mixture blend.
  • Blend ingredients until smooth, or desired consistency.
  • Pour into mold, add fruit chunks if desired.
  • Freeze, 8 hours or more.
