Here's how to make this invigorating and refreshing detox water.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 inches fresh ginger sliced
  • 2 liters water

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients in a pitcher. Add water.
  • Muddle to release flavour and nutrients.
  • Allow detox water to infuse in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
